Note to Tournament Directors for Limit Games

I am now playing exclusively limit tournaments the last two years since coming back to poker. Sure I will play a No Limit sit n go or maybe a local No Limit tourney for $50 if it is the only thing going but I realized my limitations of making cash and that was in the limit arena. Unlike NL players, us limit guys need to check out the series listed at CP and then find which one or two days will have HORSE, Stud 8, etc. I will travel to Vegas if the timing is right from being away from my family and their activities. What I notice is some TDs are spreading out their limit games to 4, 5 or 7 days apart. While limit will be having a field 50-65% smaller than a NL game offered the same or next day, we are a loyal bunch. We will travel since we get to play maybe twice to three times at our local casino's poker series. Many are retired aka old and can take the time to play. What would make sense for a TD is to put these limit games back to back (to back) so we can come out to your series knowing we will get the limit games in one swoop and make our trip worth the effort. It is tough to fly or drive 4 hours for a tournament game that will have a top pay of only $5k. So to the TDs out there, we will come out for some limit tournament games but help us out!
